A longtime expert in pharmaceutical data, Steve Everk joined Archi-Tech in 2002 after 13 years at IMS HEALTH, the leading provider of marketing information services to the pharmaceutical industry. He is responsible for managing Archi-Tech's day-to-day business operations, including client services, technical development, and data processing. He is also directly accountable for delivering the Archi-Tech product suite to its customer base, keeping the products in tune with customer needs, and preparing the operations organization to deliver against the Archi-Tech strategic plan.

Throughout his career, Everk has led development and reengineering efforts that have resulted in continuous process improvement and enhanced revenues. Since joining Archi-Tech, he has restructured all delivery processes, and devised/implemented a value-added client service model. While at IMS, Everk held several key management positions with increasing responsibility, ultimately presiding over IMS' sales management services (Xponent and DDD). In this capacity, Everk led several process improvement efforts that led to a dramatic reduction in delivery times and the virtual elimination of quality-related rebates. He also served as Group Director of Sales Database Operations, implementing a total reengineering of DDD processes. Prior to that, Everk directed the start-up of IMS' subnational prescription product line.

Everk holds a degree in Communications from Shippensburg University.
