In directing Archi-Tech's human resources operations for more than seven years, Ruth Bell brings significant experience as a Certified Professional in Human Resources, with specific expertise in organizational planning, organizational development, employment, on-boarding and training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, safety and health, and employee services. Throughout her career, Bell has been instrumental in establishing and implementing progressive personnel and administrative policies and procedures that minimize risk, increase employee morale and loyalty, cut costs, and drive corporate growth.

Prior to joining Archi-Tech, Bell spent more than eight years in various positions at Hueck Foils L.L.C., most recently as a Personnel Administrator, where she established and managed the human resources department from scratch. She has also held numerous leadership positions on the boards of various corporations, human resources associations, and educational institutions.

Bell received a BA in Business Administration (Human Resources concentration) from American InterContinental University. She holds a Certificate in Professional Human Resource Management/Certificate of Achievement in Human Resource Management from Villanova University and a Certificate in Human Resource Management Essentials from Rutgers University's Center for Management Development. Bell has also undergone extensive HR training and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, World At Work, and the American Society for Training and Development.
