Paul Gray has been at the forefront of the data industry for more than 20 years, leveraging his early roots in data publishing to continuously find new ways to simplify, organize, integrate, and index massive amounts of complex, disparate data. As one of the founders of Archi-Tech, Paul was instrumental in evolving the technology that is now its core offering, and continues to guide the company's strategic vision and technical direction.

Prior to founding Archi-Tech in 1993, Gray spent nearly a decade at Data-Matic Systems, a company specializing in custom publishing systems for database publishers. These systems were designed to integrate both editorial and business data into a system tightly coupled with high-volume page composition programs. Gray started at Data-Matic as a special accounts marketing manager, then was quickly promoted to production manager, programming group manager, and finally, director of technical development.

Previously, Gray worked as a customer service manager in the graphic arts division of Josten's Inc., a company specializing in various recognition products for the academic and college and university marketplace. In his role as customer service manager, Gray was responsible for account management and order fulfillment for over 300 high schools, colleges and universities in the northeast.

Gray holds a B.S. in Business and Economics from Lehigh University, graduating cum laude.
